Stepping away from her traditiona figurative subjects, Nena unveils her recent exploration of the influence and effects of nature's energy, noting dramatic changes in the earth's climate. Seeking inspirationfrom her native Colombia, she uses oils to evoke the sensitivity of nature: the light, warmth, peace and poety of its restorative powersover chaos.
In her meditative response to nature, Nena instils a sense of hope that in turn rekindles our faith.
